The Aurix series microcontrollers are based on Infineon's mature and popular Tricore architecture. The Program Flash has a capacity of up to 2MB and a clock frequency of 300MHz. The built-in Capture/Compare 6 module can generate multiple PWM signals for brushless and brushed motor control.
